Boeing's Starliner capsule set to launch from Cape Canaveral, Florida

Boeing plans to launch its new space taxi on a second test flight, hoping the oft-delayed mission will help them catch up to rival SpaceX. (Video courtesy: NASA)

The cone-shaped Starliner capsule, poised atop an Atlas V rocket, is set to blast off from Cape Canaveral just before 7 p.m. ET. No astronauts are aboard for the OFT-2 mission, but if all goes well, NASA could finally have the second crew-capable capsule they’ve wanted for years.
