In his presentation to the IIEA, Tony Connelly offers his insights on the latest state of play in the negotiations between the EU and the UK, in which the two parties continue to differ on a number of key issues. He examines some of the sticking points in the negotiations and assess the prospects of reaching an agreement before the transition period ends on 31 December 2020.
