Stop spreading conspiracy theories: Buffalo mayor says

In the wake of a mass shooting in his city, Buffalo, N.Y., Mayor Byron Brown says there's no place for politicians spreading conspiracy theories and hate speech. 'It's a dangerous behaviour and it causes people in the community to act on that misinformation, on that hate speech. And it needs to end.'
