Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said that if Finland and Sweden joined NATO then Russia would have to rebalance the situation with its own measures. Finland’s Ministry of Defense said, “Russia will react, but we don’t know how. And we need to be prepared should Finland decide to join NATO.”
