Hello everyone and welcome to our first cook with me, not only is it a cook with me but it is a meatloaf cook-off/competition! Yes the meatloaf competition is finally here! YAY! My mom and I are competing with each other on who has the best meatloaf? Comment below, who do you think will win in todays meatloaf competition? We're also each making a side dish, so my mom and I are making 2 super easy and delicious side dishes! It wouldn't be a Danni RaeArranged video unless I added way more than just cooking in todays video LOL so the first 30min of todays video is the cook off and the last 25min is a light declutter and clean with me, as well as a house refresh/rearrange ($0 refresh.) I also threw in some really easy and so, so cute DIYs. So theres literally everything in todays video. I really hope you enjoy todays video. My Meatloaf:
1 pkg beef + pork meatloaf fresh ground meat
Quarter of a red onion, chopped
2 eggs
1 Stalk celery, chopped
Italian bread crumbs, maybe a cup, maybe a little more LOL
Salt & Pepper
Paprika
Parsley
Garlic powder or minced garlic
Approx a Tbsp of Ketchup
Approx a Tbsp of Mustard
Mix in a bowl, dont over mix.
Place in baking sheet or bread pan
Dump ketchup all over the top
Bake at 375 degrees for approx 45 min or until internal temp. Is 160 degrees or higher, check out the link “simplyhealthyfamily.org” below for more info on how to bake a meatloaf.
Let sit/rest for about 10-15 min before eating.

Moms Meatloaf:
Pretty sure she used a pkg of beef and a pkg of pork, my beef and pork was already mixed in 1 package, I believe she used 2 sept. packages though. But she uses lean beef and pork and mixes the 2 together.
Grate 1 stalk celery
Grate 1 carrot
Grate a quarter of a red or yellow onion
(with the veggies you can use however much you like)
Mix meat and veggies together.
In a sept bowl she mixed 2 eggs, salt, pepper, seasoning salt, paprika, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, a Tbsp of ketchup and a Tbsp of mustard.
Add 1/2 sleeve of Ritz Crackers and breadcrumbs
Pour the egg and seasoning mix into the meat and veggies and mix together, dont over mix.
Take a baking pan/glass pan, lay tinfoil at the bottom of the pan, place bread (preferably hotdog buns but you can use whatever bread) on top of the tin foil, than place meat on top of the bread, mold the meat and dump ketchup or BBQ sauce on top of the meat.
Bake at 375 degrees for approx 45 min or until internal temp. Is 160 degrees or higher, check out the link “simplyhealthyfamily.org” below for more info on how to bake a meatloaf.
Let sit/rest for about 10-15 min before eating.
Recommend using the bread as a side dish, to make meatloaf sandwiches, you could also use it in a breakfast dish, there's so many things you can make with the bread, the bread has so much flavor that its really delicious with other foods, or toast it and make it a side dish with your meatloaf! YUM!

Cheesy Hashbrowns:
1 can cream of celery (take a little bit of chicken broth and pour into the can to get all of the soup out, you can also add more chicken broth to make it less creamy)
Quater cup of butter
Parsley
Paprika
Salt & Pepper
½ cup sour cream
Mix all together in a bowl.
Than add ½ pkg or less of cheddar cheese & 1 pkg of thawed hashbrowns
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Dump ingredients in to a glass pan and add more cheese to the top
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for approx 40-45 min
Let sit for about 10-15 minutes and enjoy

Baked Macaroni and Cheese:
Boil water (optional add a little butter to your water, adds flavor to the macaroni and helps the macaroni from not sticking together) and add 1 box large elbow macaroni
Boil macaroni until firm not soft and drain water
While macaroni is boiling, in another pan, add ½ small container of heavy whipping cream, salt, pepper, 2 Tbsp butter, a little more than half a pkg or Philadelphia Kraft Creamy Melt Triple Cheddar cheese, a spoon full of noodle water, mix together until melted.
Add cheese sauce into the macaroni, stir and than bake at about 375 degrees for about 15 min or so. (Optional, add more cheese to the top, once its out of the oven)
Let sit for about 10-15 minutes
And enjoy this amazing, wonderful, delicious dish LOL
