Latest glitch with Boeing Starliner! Why did NASA let this thing dock with ISS?

Today, I was planning to release a video admitting that Boeing finally proved me wrong. But, unbelievably, they experienced ANOTHER GLITCH! And yet, NASA is going to let this glitchy ship dock with ISS anyway. Why??
