Trying a Purple Carrot Box for the First Time!

Today I receive my first Purple Carrot box and cook the first meal Almond Butter Tofu, with Cole Skory and it came out delicious! I LOVED this meal and I can't wait to keep you updated on the rest of the meals that I get!
