Meet HIV researcher Megan Magro

When she’s not doing artistic swimming, Megan Magro is in the lab working towards a cure for HIV.

“During my undergrad, a professor told me that ‘doctors treat disease, but scientists cure disease.’ That really stuck with me, and I decided to pursue a career where I could study cool viruses while also trying to find a cure for disease.”
